The Auckland Zoo and Go Media Stadium provide complimentary parking for guests. Our other venues are within walking distance of public car parking facilities. For wedding party parking, please discuss with your Account Representative.

Venue hire is until midnight. If you think you will require more time please discuss with your Account Representative and additional charges may apply.
Except Auckland Art Gallery, venue hire includes standard table, chairs and a choice of black or white table cloth*, air conditioning (where applicable), house lights (where applicable), general room power and standard housekeeping services.
Please note, lights at most venues cannot be dimmed and additional lighting is recommended, discuss with your Account Representative.

Yes, all our venues are wheelchair accessible. If possible, let us know in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made.
Yes, we are able to supply a dance floor and themed lighting. You are welcome to arrange this directly with a specialist supplier and they will need to provide a plan to be approved by our H&S advisers.
Yes, we are able to arrange these. However, please note they are not included in the venue hire and are an additional cost. You are welcome to arrange directly with a specialist supplier, and they will need to sign our Third Party Supplier Agreement for Technical Services before access to our venues will be approved.
